Great value for the money
The flow switch was very easy to install and works like a charm. My system works excellentwith this flow switch and was much less than others for sale. I definitely recommend this company.

Easy Install
Description says it needs professional installation. Popped out the old switch and screwed in the new one in a matter of minutes. Chlorine generation restarted immediately. I am buying a extra to keep on hand just in case.

OEM part, last one from Harwil lasted 10 years!
Perfect replacement for the same flow switch- came wrapped with teflon tape. Out with the old, in with the new, right back to generating chlorine! I did have a couple of questions, and Don from PST returned my call promptly, answered my questions fully, and went a step beyond by looking up specs on our Hayward Aqua Rite. Hope we get 10 years out of this one, and truly appreciate the high caliber of customer service.

I was sure that the switch needed to be replaced and went with the manufacturer that Hayward uses. Works fine.

Item failed within the first few months. The service and warranty is substandard
The media could not be loaded. I bought this item in May 2020. In August we noticed that the flow light is sometimes on. I contacted PST Pool Supplies (seller) and was told to send it back for inspection. Although they send a prepaid envelop, it is still inconvenient to have the system down until we get an envelope, send the item through their prepaid envelope, and wait for the inspection. For that, I do not recommend this seller and this product.====Reply from PST Pool Supplies (seller) in August 2020We can send you a prepaid label for return and we can inspect. If it fails due to a manufacturer defect, we will issue a full refund. If not, we can send the switch back or discard. 9 out of 10 switches that are returned, are either 100% good and not defective or defective due to cut wires. Would you like us to send you a prepaid label for return?
