the chess board that i ordered arrived in great shape... the pieces was all intact, and the board itself looks great... the playing pieces that i did take out and look at look fine, there was a few little bitty chips here and there, but nothing major, no fear of getting cut... i bought this as a christmas gift for someone and i have no fear of giving it to them, they will love it

I love the size of it not small and not exaggerated the clean mirror finish plus she frosted glass on the board peice really speaks to me the play pieces are heavy enough to know it took care to build great for the price I purchased for id expect to spend more for such a wonderful looking element

Bought this for my husband for Christmas and it’s a beautiful glass set. I don’t even want to put it away because I like it out as a decor in my living room.

As the other reviews said, the frosting on the glass is very poor and blotchy. I couldn't even get the pads to stick to the piece before I could set it back down, the design of the bottom is hollow so there's nothing for the felt to stick to but a thin rim (and it doesn't) it wasn't too expensive so can't be that mad but likely returning

I purchased this chess board as a gift for my boyfriend, and we both love it! It came in perfect condition, absolutely love the look of it as home decor and great for playing chess.
