It appears to help with my energy when I take it after breakfast the most. Sometimes I take it after lunch since I take so much stuff and I forget to take it. I take it at 2 at the latest since if you take it too late it can affect your sleep. I didn’t think it was helping much till I stopped taking it. I have Lyme and bartonella and a few other infections. It helps me get through the day. When your body is in struggle/stress mode it seems to help. FYI I take 2 capsules instead of 3. Everyone’s different. I have a small frame so listen to your body. Plus I get a few more days out of it.

When they first began to go through withdrawal, one of my sons could hardly stay awake; an overuse of steroids can really mess up the adrenal glands. I ordered this and it greatly helped within a few days. When we ran out I did not reorder, however this condition can take a very long time to recover from, and while sleeplessness is no longer a problem, our doc told me to put the boys back on adrenal support. My son has told me he believes it is helping him. He can tell a difference when he is not taking them. A little side note here: you can also become addicted if you use any strength of steroid cream for longer than two or three weeks, and doctors regularly prescribe them for much longer. :(

We are all different, so start out by taking 1 tablet first vs the 3 as directed. I started with 3 & it was a bit too intense for me. Those adaptogens knew I needed to slow down, but it was a bit too much to start with. The combo works very well.
