Well designed and sturdy
We purchased this exact carport from Costco in 2019. It was easy to put up and stood up to the elements of Northern Michigan, well until a tree landed on it. I was so happy to find the exact same one here. Obviously since we are in the beginning of winter this one may not get put up until spring. We're hoping that we can purchase replacement parts for the damaged one since 90% of it is salvageable. Had one minor issue with the shipping that the company addressed in a matter of a few hours. We definitely recommend them to everyone.

Great quality & great price.
This item is a superior purchase. I'm a 68 year old female. Fairly easy to put together even for 1 person.. The snap-in buttons on the poles makes it more secure. The quality is noticeable. Very good size for your car and storage.

Seems like a good carport, but let's a little water in along the long edges of the roof
Assembly was not bad. I put it up myself in about 1.5 hours having never put it together before. Not the 40 minutes promised, but maybe with a second person and some practice. The poles click together and the instructions were sufficient. The windows are screen with a flap that secures with Velcro and rolls up out of the way. It was a little hit or miss regarding how well the flap lined up with the opening. One end has one zipper on either end and the expectation was to roll up the door and secure it with a few Velcro straps. This required a second person to help start rolling that long length. The opening was sufficient for my Honda CR-V to fit under. The other end had a third zipper in the center, allowing for the two halves to be opened separately and all the way to the peak, allowing greater clearance. Can't really have just one flap open without securing the other half, which would require the addition of a grommet in the corner. The long end with the door is held closed with a zipper. When assembling the cross bar, do not over tighten. The support bars that hold the door open isn't reinforced at the door side, and can easily be crushed. With the structure assembled, it feels strong and sturdy. The inside of the structure was largely dry with the exception of the two long edges. There is a seam that runs the length on either side and water was coming in through the stitching. Water was isolated to within a few inches along the two long walls

Very strong rain proof easy to set up
My grandson bought one that was a different color at Costco and they discontinued them so I did some research and found out that Amazon sold them I had to have one I bought two different ones they were thinner and the wind destroyed them even after I anchored them.

This is a play tent
This was absolutely garbage. A winter with 2" of snow destroyed this thing while I watched harbor freights $100 wonder take 3 feet of the next snow fall in NY. They still stand to this day. I regret every bit of this purchase! Thanks for giving me a little $ back for my pride. What I paid doesn't outweigh the damages.

The returns/replace department must be in China. Never send what they're supposed to.
There are little loops to tie the roof to the ground. They snap off. This happened the first year, and I told them that I needed a new roof, and also all the sidewalls had holes and damage. They only sent me a roof. The loops snapped off again this year, but they say since they sent me a roof last year, they are not sending me a roof this year. There is a two year manufacturer's warranty, but they don't really honor it, and don't seem to understand English. This year, I again told them about holes at the seams and fabric of the side walls, there since the first year. They sent me three end walls and only one side wall. That's one more end wall than I need and one less side wall than I need. They are denying there was a mistake. I started leaving messages about this On October 1, but they sent so many messages back and forth from China, arguing with me, and not remembering what I've already explained, that now I am past the 2-year anniversary of my purchase, and they say I'll have to buy missing parts. I bought the 4-year protection plan, so now I will see if it is any good.

Versatile use!!
We have our Sorara carport set up all summer at our campsite for outside kitchen and dining. It is very sturdy and has weathered well. The thick walls have kept us warm and dry!!

Buy bigger stakes
My package surprisingly came pretty quick. however, multiple poles were damaged and 2 were missing. i should have just returned it then, but i needed the space. i contacted the company and they told me it would be about 1 month or 2 before they could ship me new supports. that was 7 months ago and still no supports. the stakes they provide are pointless and come out of the ground if it is wet and there is any type of wind. there are no cross sections on the legs like most of the other portable garages. if you live somewhere with no wind, this might work for you. if you do purchase, dont assemble until you make sure there are no damaged parts and make sure to buy yourself large anchors along with better tie down ropes. good luck
