Wasn't expecting much from this tbh. However once I added 3 aaa batteries it really surprised me. Its quite small and is really for working on specific small items, it's never gonna light a whole desk. I use for watch work and it illuminates on the brightest setting just fine. Also the magnification is very good after adjustment. Build quality is OK but hey its a small working light. Comes with a USB power cable and a useable pouch for storage. Overall very happy with it for the price.

The magnifier was bought to view and work on craft small items in a generally poorly lit location.The built in LED lights are more than adequate for illumination, even in otherwise total darkness.The magnification is sort of bifocal. From the middle of the lens the magnification is more powerful, or you can view through the edges of the lens for less magnification. The stand is effective, the whole unit is lightweight and relatively small. The product is not best suitable to read a book with, but adequate for viewing and working with a smaller item.

Fair quality product for a fair price.Use mine to work on watches.Has a built in stand, a watch fits perfectly in the stand.Can be held like a normal magnifying glass too.USB or battery light

You can add 3 AAA batteries (which it does not come with) or you can power it (not charge) via the usb cable. It doesn't even use standard USB connections. USB Type-A for the PC but a power pin for the magnifier end.The magnifier lens itself and the LEDs are the quality expected for the price and work fine.

Bought this for my son

Small, lightweight, great magnification and very bright.I bought this to paint D&D minis and it works very well for the price of the item.The only downside is the fact that since it's so lightweight it can wobble around a bit if you knock it by accident.Absolutely perfect for someone starting out or on a budget and no doubt would be great for other applications around the house.

For the money it seems perfect...Bear in mind that this item does not 'charge' even tho it says it come with a charging cable. But the cable is useful for connecting the magnifying glass to a battery pack or laptop....Definitely worth the money.....
