This is one of the best Amazon purchases I’ve made recently. First, it came in a nice quality box, wrapped in a soft plastic, and has a small manual. Taking it out of its packaging I could feel its quality, while affordable, it is not cheaply made. It has a great simple design. I set it up in minutes and it sits firmly in place. I could not recommend this more. I’m very happy with the purchase.

Love this phone holder. Originally bought it to hold my Nintendo switch (which is also does really well) but have transitioned to using it for my phone as I recover from surgery. The neck of the holder stays stiff and doesn’t fall easily and the size of the neck is decently long. I haven’t had any problems with vibration and the build quality of the item is great. Great value for the price

I put this on the edge of my platform bed frame (metal frame). The whole mount will shake a lot if you move but is perfect for laying down while video chatting or watching videos. If you have a big bed like a queen and lay in the middle of the bed, get a longer neck. Or if you intend to face cam while sitting in bed, its slightly too short. I got the 33.46 in for ~15 $. Get a slightly taller one for more use. It needs a solid inch or two to clamp onto something so your nightstand or desk would need a serious lip to it. The clamp is a bit bigger than the type you get on those mini mobile fans from Walmart. The build quality seems pretty good though and I would order from them again. I like the twisty part that helps you adjust the grip firmer of the clamp. The actual holder is also more friendly than I expected. (I expected spring loaded, bitey, death by clip chomps.) Its way more soft and friendly.

Just got this phone holder and install was super easy! The phone clamp is very well made with good grip and silicone to hold better. The gooseneck is STURDY. It took a bit of muscle to bent it to my will! Looking forward to videoing some of my processes making stuff without watching for my phone to fall!

This thing works so well. I have a galaxy s24 ultra with a big heavy duty case and it holds it with ease. Most phone clamps and holders I have found struggle with the weight and size of my phone, but not this one. I gets the job done every time so I can make videos for my etsy page.

Updating my review as Saiji got back to me after my original review was posted.Saiji did replace both my broken gooseneck cell phone holders, so they stood by their warranty, which I appreciate. The response was not timely, so if you are trying to reach them, keep that in mind. I don't like how challenging it is to find out how to contact them, nor the delay in getting a reply, but I respect and appreciate that they replaced both broken products.As for the product itself, it touts a stronger arm, which is likely true, since the arm is slightly thicker than the gooseneck product I purchased where the gooseneck itself broke. That said, the clamp for the phone is not durable, as that's what broke, in separate places, on both mine. The stronger gooseneck is supposed to limit the amount of wobbling the phone has, and I think it actually accomplishes that.This is not a bad product, but I can't say I'm thrilled either. As long as you know what you're getting, and that Saiji's customer support will likely be slow to reply if you do need to contact them, go ahead and order one. We have a replacement with 18 months and professional customer service support."But there's no e-mail listed on the product page. Clicking on the hyperlinked "Saiji" just goes to the Saiji store page, and also includes no info on how to contact Saiji. Fortunately, clicking on the hyperlinked "Saiji" in my order gives me their seller page (https://www.amazon.com/sp?_encoding=UTF8&asin=&isAmazonFulfilled=1&isCBA=&marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&orderID=113-1509080-3239457&seller=A20QQOGPQZ0N7U&tab=&vasStoreID=) which states the following:"1-year warranty for quality-related issues...Contact UsE-mail: [email protected] Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST"So, which one is it? 24 hour support, or M-F 9am-5pm PT support? 12 month replacement as long as Saiji says it's a quality-related issues or 18 month support?Either way, I wrote Saiji after my first phone holder of theirs broke. I still haven't heard back. I followed up with a second e-mail, that I also haven't gotten a reply to. Their second Saiji phone holder has broken since then.These is not the most durable things in the world. Not just Saiji's phone holders, but all of the sub $25 goosenecks for tablets and phones. That said, this product is one of two that I have purchased two of, and both the Saiji's broke, while both the tablet/phone holders (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PT3T8TV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) I have continue to work.I've been stuck on my back for a few months with an injury, and that's why I have multiple gooseneck holders (see the image included with the review) hanging over my head to allow me to use four devices simultaneously. Using these daily means I probably have more experience with various gooseneck tablet/phone holders in the last two months than the after reviewer has over the lifetime of their order. Any criticism (devices wobble after touched, gooseneck is stiff to bend, gooseneck droops after tablet is seated) of this product is going to be the true for the other goosenecks, at least at this price point.This is not a horrible product, it's acceptable. But as you can see in the photos, both my Saiji cell phone holders have broken in different spots. (Both are temporarily fixed with super glue.) It's just not a very rugged plastic arm that clamps on both sides of the phone. If Saiji support were responsive and replaced both their gooseneck holders as they advertise, I'd be happy and give this product a higher rating, but neither the product durability nor the support are acceptable, and as such I'm giving it two stars.

I own three of these. It's the best designed phone holder out there. I own three. One for the bedroom. One for my desk. One for the car. The claw clamp at the end of one them broke on me. When I notified Amazon it had already been past 30 days and the manufacturer still approved a full replacement as long as I returned the broken one. That's just good business! Strongly recommended.

Size is good if even a little bit long. Holds my phone perfectly. I love the chip clip design rather than the usual tension clip. The quality is great, it feels like it will last a long time. My only slight issue is it feels hard to bend. It isn't a huge issue because I understand it needs to be that way for stability but maybe it will loosen a tiny bit with use. Overall, I would buy this again.
