Good purchase
This has several levels to use so that you can have your laptop tilted very high or low or several positions in between, I love it because it is easier to use my computer on a tilt. This is nice and lightweight as well as being strong and easy to slip in your bag because it is not too big and folds away simply.Ideally the ledge to hold the laptop in place would be very secure for the new current day lap tops that are supper lightweight and slim. My lap top is 5 years old and so it is bigger, bulkier and less light weight than the newer current day thinner ones. Whilst the ledge does still hold it in place, it my laptop is probably a bit more vunerable to a sudden movement to cause it to slip off because the ledge does not extend far outside my laptop's thicker keyboard width. That's understandable but otherwise it is great and good value for money. I reccomend this either way.

So good I gave one as a gift
Really handy for DSE stuff. I liked mine so much I got another one for my dad when he got his new laptop. Its probably made of a cheap metal but you don't need anything super fancy for a laptop stand. It helps circulation of air under the laptop and stops you from burning through your table haha.

Great to keep laptop cool and adjust height
I recently started a new job where I've been provided with an old laptop and an extra monitor. The laptop overheats a lot and the fan is always going full speed - not anymore with this! I can feel the laptop is definitely cooler and doesn't fan as much, which also means I get a little bit of extra battery life. This stand is also adjustable, so if you just want to slightly lift it off the surface you're working on, it works perfectly for that, or if like me you want to lift it and adjust it to another monitor next to it, it's perfect. There are 10 gradients to choose from, I have mine on the 8th and fully open so I can adjust the bottom of the laptop screen to the extra monitor, and it saves me some space on the desk to have a wireless keyboard. It has a support at rhe bottom so no risk of your laptop falling off. It's made of metal so quite sturdy, and I've used it on a cushion from when I work from the sofa and it's still sturdy then. Folds flat when you're not using it as well.My only regret is not buying one sooner!

It works eventually, but be prepared to spend some time balancing your laptop on it!
I use this item to balance my laptop while using an external mouse, keyboard and monitor. For this purpose, it works ok. However:- I have two laptops: a small and nifty DELL weighing just over 1kg, and an ASUS ROG Strix at a whopping 2.5kg (aka The Behemoth). The DELL quite happy balances on the stand, I plug things in and seconds later I'm ready for work. However, my Behemoth is not quite so happy. It is considerably larger than the stand and, although it does balance well (eventually) it requires a fair amount of adjusting before I can actually start using it.- Specifically, the little metal holder at the bottom of the stand is not very well secured so as soon as a large laptop leans on it, you run the risk of it coming out of place. This becomes even harder if you're trying to balance on an unstable surface like your lap as opposed to a desk or table. Be prepared to catch your laptop before a near miss several times.- On the plus side, the mesh surface allows for good air circulation, allowing your laptop to cope with some more demanding games and videos.Overall, I would say that this is not a bad product if you're not looking to spend too much, but if you are going for stability and reliability, keep looking.

Perfect laptop stand
I wasn't expecting much from this stand given how cheap it is but I was very surprised. The build quality is great, it holds my 3KG gaming laptop easily and I can even close the lid on that laptop and stack another one on top of it and it's totally fine. The range of angles is great, I have it at the 3rd-highest setting and it's ideal for one handed occasional typing and trackpad use with the keyboard elevated right up. I can align my laptop screen with my external monitor screen and use it as a second display. At the highest setting the laptop is pretty much fully vertical, and at the lowest setting it is just raised off the desk slightly. Really impressive to see on a budget stand like this.Keeps the laptop cooler than just resting it on a table since air can get behind the stand easily. The mesh design is very effective.

Good Stand
The media could not be loaded. It does it's job and supports both laptops I have, a razer blade 15 and a Dell laptop for work.It does feel a bit flimsy but, it's still standing so I can't complain.I have good stability and shaking the table doesn't displace the laptop from the stand.
