My traditional Korean fermented bean powder arrived on time and without any damage. It is an excellent addition to my foods. If you don't know how to kill the bean taste, you might find it hard to appreciate. I use 1 TBSP fermented bean powder add 1 TBSP of mayonnaise, 1 TBSP Organic ketchup, 1 TBSP Organic chili sauce, 2 tsp minced onion 1 TBSP white cheddar cheese powder and blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. I only make enough to be served with a meal. I do not store the mixture. I serve it over eggs, salads, it can be spread on crackers or used as a dip. Yum! I will definitely purchase this item again.

Not roasted, pure form and very subtle flavor.

The product is smooth and blends in well with other products to make my health drink. I like it:)

I really like natto and have eaten it most of my life. This powder is an OK replacement for when it is challenging to get fresh natto. It seems to have most of the nutritional benefits, and I like the taste. I've been eating it on rice with seaweed and eggs.

The description on Amazon says CHEONGGUKJANG - Korean equivalent to Japanese NATTO- but on the package it says in KOREAN-soy bean powder and in ENGLISH- CHEONGGUKJANG powder- THERE IS A MASSIVE DIFFERENCE!!! and it can’t be both! Didn’t realize I couldn’t return and now kinda fuming at the company and myself… I should have zoomed in on the pix of label but WHY would I assume it would be something else. And annoyed at company who posted this bc it feels like it’s trying to dupe ppl who don’t read Korean. Shouldn’t I be able to return something that was not described?!?! Ughhhhh! I will never buy from this store again and for those who do- don’t rely on just the description… double check the pix and and make sure it matches.

Very tasty stuff. Haven’t “played” much with it yet since I just ordered it but I’m looking forward to it. Tastes like nice miso that doesn’t need to take up space in the fridge.
