I started with the cleanser and essence. Wow! I am 55 and have used a multitude of products over the years from drug store brand to dermatologist prescribed. The cleanser leaves my face super clean without stripping it and making it dry. It feels super silky. I follow that with the essence and use both morning and night. i cannot live without the freeze dried and essence. I use the freeze dried essence every day morning and night for about 12 days and follow it with the essence. It keeps me exfoliated without stripping my skin of its essential oils and keeps it clear of breakouts!
