The Thinkboard mounts easily onto a flat surface so that people can see your work; while allowing you to record your efforts with RocketBook.I use mainly to create and refine my own ideas or cleanup my steps in a problem before I present. It's often hard to draw on a computer which saps working memory. THIS IS ACTUALLY A VERY BIG DEAL.In short, I mounted the Thinkboard on typical foamcore. I sketch and erase on it until I like what I see. The Rocketbook app records it CLEARLY (your camera app won't work as well). You don't even need to buy Rocketbooks to use it (Shhh. Don't tell.)One more thing. I initially purchased a "Returned to Amazon" item. The person that returned it FOLDED it. Dumb. I notified Think Board, not Amazon (by mistake). The manufacturer rushed me a new one - no questions asked. You can trust this company!

Great addition to my home classroom for remote learning, I had been using the beacons from Rocketbook for my wall mounted whiteboard and student whiteboards in my classroom so I was thrilled when I saw this. The surface is super glossy and smooth. I have repositioned it a few times while redecorating and have not had a problem with the board or the furniture it was stuck to. The board can be scanned with the Rocketbook app which then sends to one of your chosen destinations. I have not had a problem scanning and filing. Nice reliable free app.

Good value. I use it at work to take quick notes on phone calls. Shipping packaging absolutely needs to be improved. Mine were in a envelope and all three sheets were permanently creased. Still completely functional just have a crease across them that you have to write over. I have it stuck to my desk next to my keyboard. Works just like a whiteboard not like the other rocketbooks. Good and bad. Don’t need water but writing can be erase accidentally. The last one I peeled up took some of my desk with it. Be careful placing them, seems like an aggressive adhesive. Not sure if they are supposed to be reuseable if peeled up. Mine was not. You have to stick it down to make it useable with one hand. I do like the product but think about a small glass whiteboard or something if you want something that is moveable around your desk top.

I do a lot of quick note jotting that I don’t need for more than 15 minutes (unless I do). This is a great compromise of white board and writing on my desk. The Rocketbook app makes it perfect to save info that I need for future reference.

I ordered the Think Board X2 when we transitioned to online teaching in the spring semester. I have a large white board in my office but nothing like that at home. I do a lot of my brainstorming and planning on my whiteboard. I also have lots of colleagues around the country that I collaborate with on research and this has been super helpful in getting thoughts down and being able to share notes with all collaborators. I can name the file, upload to the particular research project, and share with collaborators so easily. The best part is it is a steal at this price because traditional whiteboards are expensive!

This is a waste of money. It’s a fantastic concept, but poor execution. It’s a giant sticker that doesn’t stick on the wall like they said. It fell off no matter what I did. So then you try to get creative and stick it on a piece of plexiglass. All it did was bubble and wrinkle. I have never hated a purchase as much as this. It is worth $1 and not the outrageous price you pay for it. They need to sell it on something framed or hard backed and let you hang it using picture hangers or command strips.

I am a huge fan of Rocketbook and many of the other products, so I was excited to try this in my classroom. I stuck it onto my classroom wall only to discover that using it on the painted cement block walls caused damage to the surface when I was writing on the surface. I then tried to remove it and shift it to a different location only to find it extremely difficult to remove and restock. The “peeling” caused the material to curl up around the edges. Overall, I was really disappointed. I had hoped to purchase a bulk pack of the smaller versions to use in my classroom next year, but based on this experience, I’m going to stick with my regular rocket book and beacons. This product definitely works best in a permanent location with a smooth, untextured surface.

I need a whiteboard when I travel to customer sites, but some customers use a white wall for overhead projectors, and so they don't have a whiteboard to use. Bringing this along ensures that I have a mobile whiteboard I can draw on, and then snap a picture and send it to them when I am done. I am planning on finding some sort of poster frame to stick it to so that I don't have to keep peeling off of customers walls.
