This seems perfect!
I bought this fiberglass TSA cast for my Gibson 355 or 335 (which are the same dimensions) and it fits absolutely perfectly. Snug and secure. I’ll be traveling abroad to play soon and needed protection if I’m forced to check my 355. However, it’s so low profile and light-weight that I’m hoping it can go onboard with me. I LOVE the back strap option! The compartment isn’t huge, but that’s to be expected.

Fiberglass ES-335 Case version
This review is specifically for the fiberglass version, which I haven't seen any other reviews for yet. I bought this not knowing what to expect and I got it when it was on sale for $125 with 2 day shipping which was a steal. This case fits my harmony h78 perfectly, and I think crossrock should be promoting their fiberglass line separately from their wooden case line. They are the only brand I know out there making a sub-$300 fiberglass case for ES-style guitars. It does everything I need it to. The market for a wearable fiberglass lightweight ES case is large, and I recommend anyone with the same problems as me also look into the fiberglass version of this case. Rating: 9/10ProsIt is so lightweight in a way a wooden version could never beBackpack straps make transportation to and from gigs sooo much easierIncredibly sturdy, this thing has already taken a fall and both the case and guitar were perfectThe neck sits above the back of the case, so a hard fall wont put any pressure on the neckConsBlack color can get a little scuffed and leaves a white undercoat or something

Fits great
This is perfect fit for my es 335 build. Even though the head stock ended up wider than standard it still fits good and holds the guitar right and secure. Even with a bigsby.

Excellent case, but nowhere to store straps for flight
The case is extremely high quality. The one oversight is that there’s nowhere to store the back straps of the case inside the case for flying (as TSA doesn’t allow the straps to remain on when checked). So you need a separate place to store the straps, which is annoying given the high price/quality of the case.

Not an exact fit for the Ibanez AS-53 semi-hollow body electric guitar
Unfortunately, this case does not fit the Ibanez AS-53, 335 style electric guitar. There is a taper (sloping contour) in case where the guitar neck joins to the body that does not match the taper of the guitar itself. This causes the guitar neck to tilt upward in the case when it is supposed to lay flat. I stood a ruler along side the guitar so show the height differences. In one of the pictures I illuminated the area with a flashlight in an attempt to get a better shot at the area where the neck joins to the guitar while the guitar was in the case. The difference in color is due to my light, not the case. You can see that the neck of the guitar is not lying flat in the case at that point. Otherwise, the case is nicely built and seems sturdy.I did notice that the accessory compartment door fit was a little off, since it did not fall into it's recessed frame. It will fit if you gently pressed on it. I found this to be a little annoying but not enough to return it if that was the only issue. The lack of a proper fit for my specific guitar is the only reason I am giving a less then perfect rating and returning the case. Otherwise, I would keep it.
