Works as it should, good value
I use it mainly for putting a satin finish on knife blades and handles. I made an arbor for it, and use it on my variable-speed lathe. Works well for this purpose.

probably ok for heavy duty work which does not require lots of precision. for more delicate work I would not use it..

NOT 600 grit red drum is 240 grit
decent drum thats why it gets 2 stars however this is not 600 grit. I ordered a 400 grit drum from the same vendor that provides an appropriate finish. I think they got a bulk order mixed up.
