Fast, but. . .
Once started, this blade cut admirably fast and easily in my antique bow saw. The cut was pretty clean for such low TPI (teeth per inch) blade, with low blowout. However, in pine, oak, and maple, I could not start the cut where I wanted to. The saw bounced back and forth until it found where it wanted to bite. Okay for cutting wood roughly down to size, which it is no doubt what this blade is made for. If I wanted accuracy in starting a cut, I would start with a finer-toothed, higher TPI saw just to begin the kerf. Not sure I can blame the blade for this, because, as I indicated, ir is not made for fine work or joinery.

Bahco
Bahco is top tier. Between my 12" hacksaw here and my 30" bow saw, I can complete any and all yard tasks. Great blade!!

Usable with Hacksaw with Minor Modification
I grew up in a household with a bow saw and a hacksaw, and I've always thought it was a bit silly to have both. They do effectively the exact same thing in the same way.I have a 12in Lenox Hacksaw, and I need to do some small woodwork jobs, so I bought this blade.Hacksaw blades don't have quite as much extra metal outside of their mounting holes, so I had to use my hacksaw blade to trim this wood blade. Now the blade mounts properly and comes under tension as expected. I'll update this review if there's a functional problem.

Excellent Blade
Cuts dry Black Walnut like butter. Does really well on other hardwoods and fruit woods. Stays sharp and cuts best under it's own weight and no extra force. I use it on a hacksaw frame with plenty of tension. Best saw blade that I have ever used.

Ez cut.
Nice blade. Cuts great. I put it on a bow frame.

Perfect For Moderate Sized Branches
When the branches are too big for shears but not big enough to haul out the chainsaw, this is perfect.

leaves a wavy edge on wood
Sharp and cuts well, but it leaves a wavy edge on the wood. It has about 4 teeth per inch, so not for fine edges. They don't claim one way or another, so just letting you know what to expect.
