Very good prosciutto. Gave for a Christmas gift in a basket for last two years and recipient loves it. I would recommend.

Please check expiration dates
All of the packages were expired. I even tasted them and they were utterly disappointing. And of course they were non refundable.

Sliced paper thin
This prosciutto has good flavor even when frozen for nearly a year but because its paper thin slices, even when separated by plastic sheets, it is impossible to handle when putting it in a sandwich. The slices tare making putting it on a sandwich evenly, impossible.I will not order Volpi prosciutto again.
