Very happy with this product whic h freshens up our house and as it came from Germany,naturally it was delivered on time

Lots of waste, doesn’t pool
Candle burned for eight hours, double the recommended max time and it never pooled. Contacted jo malones and it was suggested that my item may be a fake product as Amazon is not one of their official retailers so I was dismissed. If it had been purchased through them I would have had more help with my faulty product.
