United Ortho 61020 3-Panel Knee Immobilizer, 20"

Fits perfect, if I have silky pants on it wants to slide down the pants. Otherwise I have it tight and it stays in place. Mine has the 4 straps as described and stays secured.

I ordered this brace online after experiencing a fall and being issued a 20 inch immobilizer by the local emergency room. I am 5'2"- so the 20 inch is way too large. Just for point of reference-- all leg immobilizers expand to the same circumference (29 cm)- so it is actually not fitted based on your thigh size, but rather the leg length. A properly fitted immobilizer should extend 6 inches above and 6 inches below the middle of your knee cap. These braces are expandable to accommodate your leg circumference. So- that being said, this brace is well made, sturdy, easily adjusted and actually stays in place when the straps are tightened properly (start at the bottom and work your way to the top, then go back a tighten the bottom again). This arrived within 2 days, and I noticed an immediate improvement in my leg pain (as opposed to wearing the too large one the hospital gave me- which kept sliding up and down, causing more pain and swelling). Would buy again and recommend highly!

The brace comfortably holds my leg in a fully straight position, minimizing any movement. Very supportive. It does slip down a little from time to time, but with some adjustment can be minimized.

This item does not fit correctly. It does not close at the top at all and slides down every time I stand up. The velcro right above the knee has Jagged edges that cut into your skin. In the plastic that goes along the back side of your leg the bottom part of it sticks into your calf. The knee part is way too big considering the bottom and especially the top of the Brace. If i was able to drive and get out to return it i would. Ill never order this brand ever again. Wasted what littlemoney i had on it. Was so excited only to be so disappointed.

The brace took a few attempts to get the correct fit, but I was successful. It was comfortable to wear but slips down constantly. Maybe my thighs are too big. I will be returning the brace

My husband had his 3rd knee surgery after the first one was botched. The 3rd surgery (2nd Revision) was to fix the soft tissue and hold knee cap in place - and he was not permitted to bend the knee at all for 8 weeks (think Peg Leg Pete!). The brace the doctor gave him would not stay up and had metal on both sides - NOT comfortable at all. The doctor suggested we try something on Amazon.. This brace was great! its soft cloth and padded with Velcro straps in the right places. The 'stays' that hold the knee straight are built inside the cloth/pads. He wore throughout the day and could finally sleep wearing it.. Thankful it was only 8 weeks, but a long 8 weeks. Hope to never need it again, but it sure helped while he was recovering.

This was needed to get home after knee surgery . Very well made for the price

Nice quality construction. Incredible adjustability. From women's size 0 to over size 24 is not an issue. Better instructions might be nice. There is a velcro strap I have no idea how to use. Perhaps it helps when the device is expanded for larger legs. I couldn't tell you as the instructions didn't say. I would recommend this product if you need one though. Excellent value for money!
