Yes, if you regularly use a food processor, it's worth it. All the parts are substantial and surprisingly easy to clean. It also turns out that one speed is all you need if you have enough power (which this definitely has). It came with a julienne blade! I've been julienning the bejeesus out of my vegetables. Surprisingly quiet. Robot Coupe makes great stuff.

I got fed up with my Cuisinart parts constantly breaking (the old ones would last forever, anything made in the last 20 years has much more flimsy parts IMHO), and replacement parts being impossible to get or ridiculously expensive. This is a slightly larger machine, but the blades and other components are built the same way as the commercial models. It comes with an excellent selection of blades (way more than a Cuisinart), but I got a hard cheese grater and julienne blade separately. There are literally dozens of different blades available for this machine, as well as other more exotic accessories. Love it so far, I should have done this years ago!
