Works Great and Easy to Use
The media could not be loaded. The image is high quality. We use it for boiler tube and pipe inspections. The battery last a long time even when its not in use.I bought a lot of accessories to go with it for centering and rolling on the pipe wall and they've worked well too.I'd definitely recommend if you need a reliable but inexpensive camera.I needed a new charger because I lost mine and had to contact the company directly. They responded quickly with a new part. Excellent service!!

Valuable Tool
As a handyman, this isn’t a tool I use everyday, so I don’t need the more heavy-duty plumber (read expensive) inspection cameras. But this camera fits the bill. Easy to set up and fits nicely in my work van where space is at a premium. Camera is clear and the screen is bright enough to be visible on bright days. It lacks measurement markings, but easy enough to make your own with a permanent marker.

Excellent product!
I ordered this camera to find out if I had a crack in an underground drain from house. Item worked without any flaws and was able to figure out that the pipe was cracked as thought. Camera works great to find the problem but if I had to do it all over again I would have bought their model that included the ability to locate end of camera with an above ground receiver. Our pipe had several elbows in it and was hard to pinpoint where the camera was to start digging it up. Other than that I will be forever using my camera in the future! Thanks!!

Worth It
I bought a $40 tiny scope that wi-fid to my phone. It needed to be connected to my hand snake to get down the sewer line because it was not stiff. It worked ok, but it would get wet and produce poor pictures, but I knew I was on the right track. I've had roots penetrating this old sewer line as I have plummers come out about every 6 months. I now know why. These pictures showed clearly the amount of roots in my system. I used the scope to follow after a snake so I could work the bad spots. This is really the only effective way I can imagine to use a snake otherwise it just pokes through the roots. The good news is that the scope works great. The bad news is I really need to replace the line. Some more good news is just two uses of the scope will pay for itself as the plummer wants $289 to scope the line. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the instructions really aren't. They are just pictures of the components and you are on your own learning how to operate it. A live view is REALLY easy as you just hook it up and turn it on. The DVR is another story. If you have a chronic problem and not enough dough to replace the line, this is a no brainer. I look forward to observing how this flush down your toilet root killer works... or not.

Where the lens and cable attach together it separates. CRAP
I bought this camera for my company. I hardly used it. shows good picture. Where the lens and cable attach together it separated. Now I am stuck with this sewer camera. I pay for warranty with Asurion from Amazon and now I am going through hell. . It is still brand new. Do not buy this sewer camera. I used it less than ten time. They want me to pay for shipping. I am going to a lot of crap. Camera is CRAP, customer services is CRAP, Shipping that I have to pay is CRAP, Talk to people that is hard to understand "That is CARP." Try to talk to someone from this company "That is CARP." They took my money and ran with it, 'That is CARP." Don't be were am at..."That is definitely CRAPPY for me.!!!!!"

I found it useful in different ways
The media could not be loaded. I found it useful in different ways, and many used to this camera just pressing the button and using it in different situations. In the tub's drain, I could easily use the metal wheel and pushed it in to see the blockage, then found tiny lines on the top of the pipe, a source of water on the ceiling below the bathroom. It looks like it only leaks when we take a shower, and now I see why a lot of water rushed to the top of the pipe, while a continuous trace of water covered only the bottom half of the pipe. Without this awesome camera, I would never think of it. Then I wanted to check out my dryer vent because it was made of accordion aluminum so I could hardly push it directly onto it and did not get stuck so I found that the foam ball pushed it nicely. I even think I will get a tennis ball or some other bigger bubble ball to see if this effect is better. So far, I am very satisfied with this purchase, and I have no problem. I can see that this saves us more money and I highly recommend it.

Great value!
It's unfair to compare this to a plumber's 10k camera, but this is awesome for a DIYer. I only need to feed it about 5 or 6 feet to find my cracked pipe, but I was able to feed it all the way to the next clean out about 15 feet or so where there was a 90 degree turn. The cable seems to be just right as far as stiffness and flex.Rewinding is tricky and you have to be careful or it will spin out on you. Just take your time and make sure you're feeding it into the cage in it's coil. It's around $100-$150 to rent a sewer camera. I was able to use this several times to check and see if water was flowing and make sure the repair was working properly.

Great product
I tried a cheaper drain camera from another manufacturer and the cable was so flimsy I couldn’t use it. This worked amazing. Well worth the price. I was able to get around bends in my 3.5” sewer line and even get the camera to jump over some bumps and rocks. I rammed the camera into a stuck object in an attempt to dislodge it several times and it didn’t break. I do wish they included instructions on how to properly use the cable wheel though. It was challenging to figure out where the cable should come out so the wheel worked without bending the cable too much. I was able to find a youtube video showing it though. I’m very happy with my purchase. It was only slightly more expensive than renting a professional one.
