BMC GII Auto CPAP Machine with Full Face Mask and Hose (Medium)

Item came packed in a durable and attractive carry case. All manuals and accessories as per specifications present. It was very easy to operate after reading the manual. The full face-mask was beyond expectation. Very sturdy and beautifully constructed. There is absolutely nothing which I disliked about this product. It was used to relieve snoring and severe sleep apnoea. The snoring and apnoea disappeared as soon as connected to the machine. With it, the patient is getting sound sleep every day. Machine very quiet during operation. Very happy with this product.

The media could not be loaded. I used it for last 1 week. Working fine. Set up for this AutoCPAP is very easy. We can generate report from iCode with "PAPLINK" android app from mobile. It is coming with 8GB storage memory card for recording sleep reports.Highly recomended.After 1 year:-After almost 1year, still working fine. No sound and vibration.. I changed only headgear straps. Clean the inlet filter pads periodically.. Good product.

I purchased the device from Amazon one month back. It worked fine for 1 week after which water started to enter the pipe and eventually the mask. The patient cannot use it in the night because of the same. I contacted the customer support of BMC and was responded that because of the cold conditions in North India it is recommended to use just a little bit of water in the humidifier. I followed the same and again the problem didn't resolve. I contacted the customer support once again and was told to write them and email regarding the same. I wrote them and email along with BMC India to which one of the officials from China got back to me. He asked me to send some pictures of the problem which I sent it to him. He recommended me to use a heating pipe instead of the regular pipe which I have to buy separately. Now I do not understand why would I buy a separate pipe when BMC should provide assistance with the same as my product is supposed to be under so-called warranty of 3 years. I wrote them back and they recommended me some more steps to manually correct the problem but the problem still remains. As a result, I have been forced to use the device without the humidifier which causes dry mouth in the night and morning. Not to forget the quality of the masks are ridiculous and will never recommend anyone to go for it. Absolutely waste of money and ridiculous customer support. DO NOT GO FOR BMC!!!!

Excellent product,now 3months of use.I bought from Navyas,Gave him a additional 500 for Large face mask,he sent it as well...U can go for it, right choice for sleep apnea,it's giving a plenty of reports that can be transferred to our smart phone using BMC application,and we can share it with our doctor..... Comparing with other brands the price is aslo less, actually about half

I bought it for my wife, using for last 2 months, initially there was some Problem in extraction of data from SD card, but customer support helped me and sent the software for downloading

The product is very competitively price. It does the job but maybe the performance needs to be a little better. The automatic adjustment is a little slower or it needs some adjustment.

I bought it for my uncle for around 17k price range. My uncle happy. But after one month he want to buy another one. But that time they increased price around 30k. Almost double the original price. So always check before and current price for specially medical equipment. I did not buy this time.
