Purchased to replace a 15 yet old Aquapro reverse osmosis faucet that starting leaking. Encountered some installation issues and found their customer support in China totally worthless. To save others from from the same installation issues be advised that this faucet is VERY, VERY noisy when processing water, mine sounds similar to a pressure cooker or Instant Pot when venting. I would have returned it except I had to hire a plumber to switch the faucets and it would have cost me another $75 to install another. After installation I discovered that I also needed to replace the holding tank. It took over 4 hours of hissing until the new 4 gallon holding tank filled. Once the tank fills and builds up sufficient back pressure (I believe 40 psi) the hissing will cease. I never experienced the annoying sound with my Aquapro faucet and in hindsight I would should have purchased another instead of this low priced Asian import. I saved $11 only to have to listen to an hour of hissing every morning after filling my coffee pot. I’ll probably switch it back to an Aquapro next time I have to have the plumber make a house call. Bottom line - I’m not satisfied with my purchase but find it too expensive to hire a plumber to remove and return. No recommendation from this buyer.

Air gap was extremely noisy.Bypassed faucet air gap with a Everpure EV312339 Wall-Mount Air Gap Adapter below the counter.The gap adapter is compact & easy to install.System is very quiet now, even more so than with the original (Watts) parts.Rating downgraded for the need of additional parts to make this a tolerable system.

I had a plumber install the faucet for me; which he was challenged to do and it cost me 5x the price of the faucet. That being said - the faucet or the system is like a Chinese water torture. It hisses and makes noise after you get a glass of water for an hour; and then often it makes noise for no reason at all. I suppose it does it's job; but I don't want to use it very often for the unpleasant noisy side-effects.

Faucet looks good, but is junk. It was installed and leaked out the air gap hole on the faucet. Disconnected the waste water line and had it flow right into a bucket to ensure there was no blockage in the line causing the leaking issue. Water still flowed out the air gap hole. Replaced faucet using a Watts RO faucet and had no issues.

I like my new faucet, it’s good price, easy installation, and no leaks (I used pipe tape just in case have leaking problem).

The faucet did not work properly - it literally gushed water from the RO tank. Was returned.

As one reviewer said, this is junk. We have never been so frustrated over a faucet! Water ran out of air gap hole into sink non stop. Cut black tubing as advised. Stopped leak but so loud we could hear it 100 feet away in the bedroom! Even when the tank was filled, it still made noise. What a waste of our valuable time....Returning!

Works great but a little noisy and sputters a little water. Mounted on my cast iron sink so sputtering water drains back to sink.
