It is designed to to be mixed with 1/3 of a cup of injection with 1 cup of water, and injected in a 12-15lb Brisket. Enough for 8 Large Briskets! I have used other more expensive competition injections and this one is the best by far. I will never use anything else for brisket.

Great Beef injection
This is a great beef injection that I use on all of my competition briskets that I pair up with their awesome bombshell rub. If you want your brisket to stand out from the rest give this stuff a try
