I love this concept. This makes it easy to use the phone while laying in bed, or prop it up at a functional level on the night stand/table next to me (while recovering from surgery). The bracket is easy to use but there is one huge flaw- it does not fit over my phone case. The bracket extends long enough to fit my Note 9, which is very long, so the bracket will likely fit most other phones, but only with no case or a very thin case. The bracket is very shallow, so it is not deep enough to reach the ends of the phone while in my wallet case. I can only use the included bracket if I remove my phone from my wallet case. I had to find an alligator clip attachment that fits on the universal ball mount, to hold my phone. Not nearly as attractive, or I would have bought one with an alligator clip instead of the bracket to begin with, but the alligator clip does allow me to attach my phone with my case in place by holding the sides of the phone, instead of the top/bottom ends.Note: My after-market alligator clip limits much of the range of motion for the phone, on the universal ball joint. This may not be a problem with another alligator clip, or a phone holder designed/sold with an alligator clip, but I do not know. Since the bracket attaches to a universal ball joint (plastic- NOT magnetic!), it may be possible to use any other attachment that works with a universal ball joint.Feedback for the redesign: The Bracket Fit would not be a problem if one of two adjustments were made.1) Make the end pieces on the bracket deeper, so phones fit within the bracket with a wallet case in place.2) Make the bracket so it gets shorter, in addition to longer...if the bracket could go shorter, it could hold the sides of the phone/case instead of the top and bottom ends, which would allow more flexibility with different phone cases.

I just received this item in the mail and I love it everything about it the only thing that I would have to say I don't like about it but I've gotten around it is when I put my tablet on it it's a little bit too heavy for it to hold up right but I just stick something underneath and then it just fine I was just wondering if there's any way to tighten that if not it's not a big deal at all... I have gotten another one but it broke so I sent it back and it was really unstable to sit on the it would tilt over this one stands up and I like that 😊😃😊 I would recommend this product!!!

Poorly constructed: Little red grippers added (last minute?) to the bracket arms were put on with weak adhesive, so they come off easily, one bracket arm cracked within weeks under normal use (repaired with Bondic), the tightening mechanism on the back loses grip over time, so eventually no matter how much you tighten it, the bracket won't stay in position, and the clip on the arm that adjusts the hight is *incredibly* difficult to snap closed.Unfortunately, most of these things, regardless of brand, are cheap imported junk. Hopefully we can find one that isn't.

With a couple of exceptions, this thing is great. It holds my kindle hd8 securely and the height adjustment works well. I wish the padding were a little longer, it tends to rest on my collar bone while reading in bed. Also, i wish the jaws were a little deeper so i didn't have to remove it from the case.

Completely forgotten with Winter clothes on, does not weigh at all. Really grips the phone. Much less flexible than pictures show, form sticks.

My husband is on home hemo dialysis and what is perfect! Holds his iPhone and his fire. When you only have one hand to work with it makes it difficult, but this makes it much easier to watch movies or make calls.

I love love love this cellphone holder. It makes it so much easier to binge watch all my korean dramas and YouTube. It is very sturdy and stays in place when you move around. It is very adjustable and fits most phones and tablets.

it makes me lazy that I do not need hold my phone or ipad using my hands when I lay down , easy to twist, I will try to use it on bike when weather get warmer
