This thing is pretty sweet for price. I use it check trail cams. I plug it into my phone,and bam, all of the pictures show up right there in their own album. It actually gives you an option to import all, or only selected pictures. After you're done, it gives you the option of deleting the photos off of your memory card. Great little tool, and is a lot more convenient than taking the memory card home and plugging into my computer.

I purchased this item after wanting an alternative to the apple Lightning SD Card Camera Reader. I used it once today to transfer RAW images from my Canon DSLR to my iPhone and it worked just the same. Sometimes with the Apple, I have to reinsert a few times in order for it to start working and this one worked as soon as it was connected. Will update as I get more use out of it, but for now, this item is a great alternative.

This is how I want my products to be. I want to buy it, plug it in and it works with zero fuss. This thing is exactly that and when you plug it in, it shows up on your iphone and you can pull pictures from the SD card with ease. It is much faster than having to go through getting connected wirelessly and transferring. It also transfers fast.

WARNING - If you are planning to use this card for trail/game cameras!! This card will NOT WORK with pictures taken by Wildgame Industries cameras. The WGI cameras format the cards into a folder called 100MEDIA with apparently a specific file format and the card will not read this. I even tried to move the pictures into folders that were created by Canon cameras and the card cannot find them. I purchased the reader to replace a Moultrie SD card reader where the required phone app is no longer supported by the fruit company. I am returning the reader since this is the only reason I purchased it. I did not have opportunity to try it with other trail/game camera brands but I primarily use WGI so the reader has no use for me. Also, the pictures are only thumbnail sized via the card so you have to download them all to see details not visible at that size. This reader would be a good card for transferring photos to Iphone via SD card from acceptable cameras as there is no need for a app to use!

The Seller did great shipping quickly as a matter of fact.I purchased this so that I would have more memory for our trip to the Germany Christmas Markets December 2019. It arrived just before we left, like 1 day. My fault not the sellers.The ad says it works on (for iPhone 5/5s/6/6s/6 Plus/7/7 Plus/8/8 Plus/iPad Mini/Air(iOS 9.2 or up to Later).I have tried this on my iPad mini, ios 12.1.3, My wife's iPad 9.7 (2017) and her iPhone SE, Also our Son's iPad 9.7 (2018) it did NOT work on any of these. Both my Wife and Son have their IOS upgraded to the latest OS version, I do not since I don't need (or want) the functionality it offers. I tried full size memory cards (64 GB) and micro mini cards (32 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB).Upon inserting it opens the Photos app but does not show anything from the card at all, I know is an image and video on the card(s) since I reformatted them just for this test. Looks this product got a free trip to Germany and Austria on me.So purchase at your own risk, Perhaps I missed something, perhaps not.

Product worked great for about a week before I left it in my pants after a scouting trip and washed the jeans without checking all the pockets. Very easy to use and check game camera cards with my iPhone without having to carry extras and swap them out. Will buy again.

Who knew these even existed? Having this has made it so much easier to transfer photos I take on my Nikon to my phone for social media/uploading on websites. Love it! Great quality product, too. No complaints after having for several months.
