Review: This is a brilliant quality product. - Very good quality but it looks like some people are using too much. I mixed one desert spoon of it with chopped ginger, chilli, garlic, coriander, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cut a piece of steak into strips and marinate it in your mix. Meanwhile fry onion, chopped peppers and mushrooms. Then add the steak and cook for one minute. Add the rest of your mix adding a little hot water to create the sauce. Check for seasoning and thicken with a tsp of corn flour slaked in a little cold water. It works realy well with boiled rice.
Review: Restaurant quality - I used it to marinate chicken. But made sauce out of it with added garlic and soy sauce. Was gorgeous. Everyone cleaned the plate.
