Love this rug - perfect for our daughter's room
Love this rug - perfect for our daughter's room. This is a VERY soft rug with a low pile which makes it easy to clear closet doors and presumably, to clean (haven't had it long enough to test). However, Given the low pile, it might help to purchase an area rug pad to give it a little more cushion if you put it directly on hard-wood floors. Also, this rug DEFINITELY needs to be aired out for at least 5-7 days given the off-gassing (which smells like glue). This seems to be common with a lot of synthetic rugs. We put it in a separate room with open windows and a fan for almost a full week before we felt comfortable bringing it to our daughter's room - but once we did, the smell was mostly gone and we were thrilled with the look and feel.
