As for the design, I loved it. The size is great. It is good looking. The prongs are sturdy. I like the safety pin at the bottom. However the buttons did not work. The flashlight button never really worked (the light would flicker when you pushed the button), then after about 10 times using the stun gun button, it began to be unreliable. desertcart was fantastic refunding my costs with their A-Z guarantee program. If I can find other reviews that tell me my issue was not typical, I might buy it again... The switch is faulty and easy to break and the construction is a joke the sides are only made of flexible rubber.
