Quality of the wetsuite was good when it arrive, 4 month use suit start to fall appart, customer care department is "great" first few emails went unanswered, and when they decided to write back they just told me to go on their site and read return policy! These are very well made shorties. My husband and I purchased them for snorkeling on a cruise. They came right away. Mine was true to size. My husband has a longer than normal torso for his height which made his not fit comfortably. I would say that their size chart is spot on, but we did not take into account the length of his torso being out of proportion. So, I went through the return process and set up the return. At the same time I ordered the next larger size for him. Two days later, we had his replacement and it fits perfect. The day that I took the return to UPS, I received an email saying that my account had been credited. You cannot ask for better service than that!! I will try to update this review once we use them on our cruise, but from what I can tell, they should be perfect!
