Meh, not water tight and definitely not for a baby bath!
They advertise it with a baby in a bath tub, it arrives starting not to submerge in water. Have you know a baby to not submerge a bath item in water? Nine out of ten babies agree, that if you put an item in the bath with them, it's going under. However, I didn't buy it for the bath tub. I got it for a pool, which the listing description also states. It gets lost in the pool...either by hugging the wall or because the LED is not bright enough.

As good if not better than OEM
It took less than 2 minutes to get my fountain pump/lights back in operation. I was concerned that I measured the OEM as 2" long and these are advertised as 2.5". Took a chance on Diameter too. They fit perfectly.
