You're only supposed to use this product twice a week at night as a vitamin packed mask for your face and neck. But as an R.N. that works 55 hours a week I use it four times a week and also on my hands as a mask. The company says "A woman's age can be told by her face. neck and hands so I cover all of them and the mask helps to make them smoother and lessens the appearance of fine lines. In the morning I rinse off, apply my Origins serum and Lifting Cream (I'm 61) and go to work. I do believe in these products, and in their ingredients.
