Purpose Dual Treatment Moisture Lotion, SPF-15, 4-Ounce Pump Bottle

Something very strange is going on here. I ordered a product that was advertised on Amazon as Purpose, SPF 15, by Johnson and Johnson. What I received says it is Purpose, SPF 10, and makes no mention of Johnson and Johnson. The box I received says SPF 10. On the side of the box, the bar code label says SPF 15. The stuck on label on the bottle says SPF 10. When I peel that off, under that, PRINTED on the bottle itself it says SPF 15! What gives? WHAT SPF IS it? and WHO made it? I have no idea. All I know is that there is a horrible inconsistency between what is shown on the Amazon on-line advertisement, and whatever I might have gotten. I am very very disappointed, to say the least!

This is the best face moisturizer! Love that it has SPF built in. I recall reading some reviews several years ago that said the recipe had changed and the product wasn't as good. I haven't found that to be the case and I am happy the recipe seems to be the same! I don't know what I'd do if I had to find something else. I've used this lotion since 2003! I've recommended this stuff to dozens of friends who also use it now. I've only had one friend who said, "it feels too greasy." I don't know what they meant. I even lived abroad for 2 years and brought enough to supply my two years abroad, just in case this lotion was unavailable there and I'm glad I did, because it wan't available. I find that when the pump stops working, that if I leave it in a plastic cup - upside down and under the sink, that I can continue to use the lotion by unscrewing the cap and wiping the plastic straw on my face. This can add several additional MONTHS of use.

On the advice of a dermatologist, I began using this about 20 years ago. It has everything you need to protect your skin without being harsh. I used to have an Amazon subscription to this but for some reason it was no longer available that way. The price went up significantly (almost double) but it's still worth it. A small bottle lasts a long time so even at the current price it works out to about two dollars a month. You can use cheaper products but none as good as this. Your skin is not something to skimp on.

Only daily moisturizer my dermatologist recommends and I have been using it for years. I have to have this minimal SPF coverage year round, but it doesn't feel at all like sunscreen. Keeps that light, creamy moisturizer feel. Unable to find at my drug store any more so get it here for a good price and have it delivered straight to my door.

This was another product I looked forward to receiving and was unfortunetely let down. I am not a daily SPF wearer and recently I felt like trying something new on my skin with SPF in it. Since I use the Purpose Cleanser, I saw the positive reviews on this product and thought, why not? I gave it a try and (by the way, I do use foundation and it did not blend well) maybe it had a reaction to type of makeup I use because it left these white "crusts" on my face after applying my makeup. Either way, it was just not the thing for me and I decided to stick with Ceaphil's moisturizer. If there are any suggestions for makeup that reacts well with this product, I would greatly appreciate reccomendations.

A dermatologist recommended this to me many years ago because I have sensitive skin. I put this on along with Olay eye serum after my shower. It soaks in well so that by the time I finish brushing my teeth I can use Olay touch of foundation moisturizer at the start of my makeup. Two moisturizers may seem a bit excessive, but it never feels heavy or greasy and at my age I need all the moisture I can get!

This product is a good moisturizer but I felt that it made my skin a little bit oily. It was okay during the day but I've stopped wearing the moisturizer to bed because it made me break out. I just use Aveeno for my face before bed now. During the day I do have to dab my face with blotting paper to lessen the oiliness of my face. My face was doing pretty well with keeping away acne before this moisturizer so I guess I'll just be using it less.

Prescribed by my dermatologist to use as a moisturizer under my foundation and at night. I have used this product for years. This gives you the moisture you need without a heavy or greasy feel. Foundation goes on easily. Great product and reasonability priced. You won't be dissapointed.
