Happy/Not happy!!
Bought these mops as I have a cleaning business and was struggling to get hold of a decent, strong and longlasting mop, especially the pole, as so many other brands do not last. Item came and the poles were amazing however the mop heads were totally unfit for purpose- thin, flimsy and when wet there was barely anything to mop with. Also, the mop pole had a screw end and the mop had a 3 pronged connection and although they fit together and stayed on water would spill from the excess space because the connections were incompatible, which is not what you want when mopping wooden floors as if not spotted can damage them. We will be using the poles but cannot use the heads and £32 for two poles is very expensive.

Not suitable as mops
These mop heads are made of common household string. As such, therefore, they are much smaller in reality than the image may have you believe (quite deliberately so IMO). They also aren't that densely packed either, and would have you working your socks off to get the floor clean. The point of a good cotton mop is the weight, which does part of the work for you. If you had a long pole with an ordinary washing up sponge on the end, this would be about as good as these mops get. Save yourself a lot of physical pain and avoid them like the plague, unless you enjoy tickling the floor with a feather duster. This seller has wasted my time and compromised my welfare in doing so - I need to get into hiding from this coronavirus bug due a medical condition, now I have to attempt reordering geniune mops elsewhere. Angry isn't the word.

Why the stupid drip hole in the mop head ???
The mop head is thin and Not what I would callProfessional.I cannot fathom why there would be a drip hole in the mop head cup- the plastic bit the screws into the handle. This drip hole sucks up dirty water and holds onto it until you lift the mop off the floor when it drips all over the floor you’ve just cleaned. Why? Why would that design be a good idea? What purpose is that hole meant to have? Who designed it? Someone who doesn’t use a mop?The item took a very long time to arrive - nearly two weeks. The only positive is that it’s easy to change mop heads by screwing into the handle but otherwise I am not impressed

Definitely NOT Heavy Duty
I ordered this hoping it would be more durable than the well known domestic brands and reduce the waste from constantly having to replace the heads. The product I received is very poor in comparison. The mop head is made of string and when wet has very little density to it.I've used it on a stone floor in my kitchen & it made the job very difficult.I won't even attempt to use it on my wooden floor as the density of the mop is so poor the plastic attachment protrudes over the head & will very easily scratch the floor. If you are looking for a heavy duty mop I definitely wouldn't recommend this.I have rated it highly in the 'lightweight' category but that is due to the poor quality of the materials.

Rubbish don’t buy
The mop heads wouldn’t hold anything they are so thin expected a proper mop to clean my floor I have a Springer spaniel and they love mud so wanted a decent mop and kojak had thicker hair than this thing

Poor quality
Described as “professional” the strands are basic household string. Not professional grade at all. The mop heads are a push-fit design which was what we were after. However, the handle is a threaded fitting.

Mop head is cut too short according to the stick
The stick is nice and strong but the mop heads are cut short scratch the floorCannot squeeze the mop head in the ladybug bucket as it is too small

Handle is quality but buy different heads
To be honest I only ordered these because no-one else was selling the handle and that's what I wanted as I'd ordered some better heads, the mop heads that came with this handle are ok but poor quality.
