My original search and purchase of this serum was based on a select few ingredients that I know work for me. They are hyaluronic acid, honey/royal jelly, glycerin and marine extracts. I was hoping to find a product with all and I did. My first bottle contained a silky, runny serum that was yellowish in color and had a sweetish scent that dissipated quickly. After cleansing when I put it on, one pump covered my face and neck. It absorbed quickly but left my skin very soft. This became the base for any thing that I would use on my face. I don't wear makeup but I do use two other facial products. They all worked will together and when I ran low I order two bottles of this product.My second order arrived next day, everything in tact. I opened one of the boxes and did my normal routine. This bottles contents is a much thicker white lotion, has no scent and while the consistency in my hand is smooth, I needed more than one pump to cover my face and neck. After cleansing and using this one, my skin feels tight/slightly dry. The previous bottles contents disappeared quickly with no feeling of product afterwards.I will be returning this purchase and looking for something again. I have no reason to use this batch that I received. I love the first one I purchased but i am not sure which of these lotions/serums is the correct formula. Even though they do have a great product (yellow one), I don't have time to play let me guess what I am going to get this time when I order. My preference is consistency in the products I purchase and I like to know what I am getting.

I have been using this product for years and loved it. But as others have stated, my latest shipment was a totally different and inferior product (drying white lotion as opposed to the moisturizing clear serum previously received) despite all packaging and ingredients supposedly being the same. Extremely disappointed, definitely do not recommend this product now.

This is a perfect serum for after washing your face and after microdermabrasion. It smooths and soothes the skin without greasy feeling. Reducing the tightness. In the summer I sometimes avoid moisturizer. In the cooler months, it is under my moisturizer. Love it!!!

I'm in love with this miracle product! Girl my Pores were gigantic my face was red and right between my eyes I was getting a crease my Pores are tightened up line they went to the gym everyday for months most of the red is fine and the crease is almost gone. I am hooked for life

One bottle’s nearly empty and I have another one waiting in the drawer, which I’m not excited about using. I didn’t expect to see huge improvement on fine lines, but I was hoping for at least an improvement in my skin texture. As others have said, it’s like a watered down lotion with nothing pleasant or unpleasant about it. Meh...

Even have my husband using it. Nice light to the touch but very effective moisturizer. Strong recommend you give it a try. Kudos to the Honeylab team. This is a WINNER!

I haven't been using this very long but so far i really like it. It feels natural because it's natural ingredients. I like that it's really good for my skin.

Goes on smooth and feels great!
