I love Hannah but now....
Part of this book made me slightly change my mind. I dont think there is a "one diet fits all" but apparently she feels hers is superior, just like carnivores and keto people etc do. I do however get some inspiration from her recipes and so does a friend who wanted to try a vegan diet and loves to be creative in the kitchen. Not sure how she likes the book but she has been also inspired by Hannah's recipes.

Great Info & great recipes
These books are worth it especially if you are serious about getting healthy. I’m full & not hungry when I make & eat her recipes. My face looks healthier & more clear. I run longer distances & I have great energy. Don’t listen to downgraded reviews. People that are serious bout changing their lifestyle they will understand all her books are worth purchasing. You won’t regret it. Just follow her 14 day plan & you will understand what I mean. The least you can do got yourself is do 14 days & experience it for yourself 💜

Perfect book to get your health back!
This is an excellent book! Provides everything you need to start your journey to eating healthy. Loving the recipes and inspired by the author’s personal story. Feeling better only after a week on this new lifestyle.

Simple, fast and will buy for gifts
I bought all of her books and they are fantastic! Love how they dont require tons of expensive, hard to find ingredients and they are fast to make. Plan to buy these again for gifts

Worth it!!!
Soooooo happy to have a physical copy of this book. Hannah is a down to earth girl who lost the weight, got healthy and can give the ground rules to get it done yourself. Delicious recipes and the size of the book is awesome. It's big like a magazine, but thick and nicely made.

Love all of her receipes!
I follow her on Instagram and You Tube. She's incredible. Her receipes are great. She makes weight loss and health seem something easy and tangible, where before it wasn't. Very very grateful to found her!

Thinner as a newspaper, no useful recipes
I am so disappointed in this cookbook. There is just nothing there! It is extremely thin, and, as mentioned in other reviews, only has a few recipes. Won't buy her cookbooks again.

disappointing save your money
I was expecting this to have a nice variety of clean living recipes in. Unfortunately the few recipes that actually were in the book were smoothies, soups or salads . Over half of the book waffles on about proper storage of your fruit and veg and its not hard to see why you will lose weight on her 14 day plan with the so called meals being barely a bite.Stick to her YouTube channel and save your money as you'll get a lot more information from there.

Save your money
I'm so disappointed. This book contains only 2 weeks of recipes. Almost all the recipes are basic and very similar. I am pretty sure all are also available on Hannah's YouTube channel for free. I won't buy anything else from her.

Disappointed
I was lured in mostly by the 50 recepies but I wouldn't call them recepies they were very basic. The weight loss guide part is good but not a revelation. Overpriced for what it is, you get more recipes on her you tube

It can change your life!!
I have been through every diet and have read many books on diets and this was the only one that addresses the core of the obesity issue in such a relatable way. Through teaching you how to change your mindset from a "fat" unconscious mind to a healthy mind. I have followed Hannah on youtube for a while and finally decided to buy her book. I'm very grateful and impress with her approach! I think this is it!! I finally found what I needed and will start to reset my whole mindset today, one step at a time!!! I'll be forever grateful to you Hannah!!!
