Easy to read and easy to follow
I want to start off by saying first and foremost this book works. My father has recently passed away and I was looking for things I could turn to to relieve myself of some of the severe anxiety I've been experiencing. This book has been a god send.I had never used meditation previously before this book. However, I was able to easily employ the techniques referenced in this book to begin my quest for inner peace. Meditation has now become a daily ritual for me. I begin my day with a half hour session and I like to end my day with a half our session. I immediately begun to have better sleep and I am now less stressed throughout the day.I recommend this book to anyone looking to get into the science of meditation. It is easy to read and easy to follow.

Very informative for beginners
I am new to the practice of meditation and was looking for a book that describes some of the basics to get me started. Although this book is small,it describes some of the methods in good detail . I would recommend this book to anyone starting out meditation for the first time.

Great Short Book! Contains everything you need to learn meditation, even has overviews of different meditation types.

Fantastic!
This is it. For anyone young or old this is the best basic starting point that clearly gets to the point without going out into the cosmos making meditation make sense and very user friendly for the common person. Meditate to graduate!

Wonderful
To put it simply, this is a wonderful book that I not only found to be insightful and beneficial, but also even quite enjoyable to read. One of the things that stood out to me about this book is the inspiring, motivational undertone of the writing style that can be found on just about every page. The author writes in a way that, for me personally, made me want to put what I was learning into practice right awayI’ve only been trying some of the techniques for about half a week or so now, but I’m already noticing some slight positive benefits which I find to be very encouraging in regard to wanting to continue with the practice. I think this is a very important book to read especially in today’s busy world where it’s often hard to slow down the mind and relax a little bit. For that reason, as well as due to how well the book is written, I can’t help but recommend this read to others.

Amazing!!
Amazing starter meditation book, it’s very simple and informative to read. He talks in a way to not make you feel guilty of the things we have missed or don’t do that makes our life better but at the same time encourages to give it a try. I love the book. I definitely recommend it.
