Allen-Pal 15217 18 Piece Ball End Hex Key Set with 9 Key 3/8-Inch to 7/64-Inch Assortment, 9 Key 2-Millimeter to 10-Millimeter Assortment, and Hex Wrench Handle

My son wanted a nice set of Allen wrenches, he asked for Craftsman, the ones I looked at online, which is my preferred way to shop, did not have the cases nor the handle. I took a chance and ordered these. Then I saw Craftsman in the store and they seemed very comparable to this set, they did have the cases, but not the handle. I kept the set I ordered and my son seemed pleased with them. His brother also commented on the nice handle for the set. They have not been used yet so I can't comment on that at this time.

This is a very nice assortment of English and Metric Allen/hex key wrenches with a ball head on the longer end of the L. The three pieces of the holder stack and can hang together from a single hook. The individual wrenches appear to be of good quality and I've used several of them so far. It's nice that you can take the wrenches out of the holder easily and the sizes are clearly marked.

I keep several sets of allens around, on my Harley and in other pladces, and this one is kept in my new tool bag, which is stocked with new tools I've bought here at Amazon.I do like this set, and the extra bonus of having the handle as part of it makes using these wrenches a breeze. I haven't used them much as yet, but they seem quite durable...and the entire set is well put together.

These are nice wrenches. They feel solid, and I like the ball end. They helped do a brake job and the ball allowed me to use them in a cramped spot. Handle works fine.The only thing I don't like is that they holders don't fold up as tight as they could. They make a V shape, which is awkward for storing, it would be nice if both sides would fold up so they are flush.

This set works, and has a good assortment of sizes. The additional torque from handle is nice but a bit awkward to set up.

The ball head is wonderful. I have no idea why I did not purchase before. The regular type have only one angle to insert and turn. This is no much more flexible and allows for being slightly off center.

I like this set of allen wrenches.. They have a sturdy feel. They can be kept together using the handle adapter.. I havent used the handle adapter but am sure in some situations it could be beneficial.
