Very good resource for raw vegan meal planning. I like that for each day the calories and protein were included as this helped me meet my protein requirements easily.

Not too bad
She did a great job on the book, love the photos of what the food is supposed to look like. Most of the recipes tasted pretty good, just be prepared to put in some effort because it can be a little time consuming.

Amazing book!!
If you are interested at all in changing your eating habits for better health and weight loss, this book is invaluable! Lissa is very skilled at creating simple, fast, and delicious meals that are also conducive to health and losing excess weight. The pictures are beautiful and everything is so perfectly laid out! Bravo!
Easy to obtain ingredients that are comined in a thoughtful and creative way to make compassonate eating possible for anyone. The larger text and color photos of each recipe create a feast for the eyes. The texture of the cover compliments the sumptuous dishes. Looking with anticipation for the next uncookbooks authored by Melissa Raimondi.

Overpriced
Overpriced by 20 dollars. Although the recipes I’ve tried are tasty the book itself is simple with poor format. A great book for half the price.

Delicious recipes
This meal plan book is amazing I love it. I have try many recipes and they are so delicious, even if you are not raw vegan you definitely should get this book, just to make some salad for your family in the side, or make a healthy and delicious breakfast.

Adorable in all ways!
I got this lovely book from Lissa early this morning and I already got through all the recipes. They are enticing and each has great photos, which to me is half the enjoyment of a cuisine book. I love the layout, beautiful, practical and really easy to follow. She gives you the shopping lists, the main nutrients breakdown and always useful tips. What I love of her raw vegan style is that she keeps it healthy and creative. Kudos, Lissa! I definitely recommend this book to anybody who wishes to be raw or just learn how to increment raw dishes in their diet. This is my third book of the author. I love them all and will get more for sure.

By far the best one-amazing recipes!
O-M-G! I’m in love with this book! It’s perfect for a newbie, actually for everyone! It has the shopping lists, everything is laid out so you can do it all step by step. Lissa has outdone herself on this one! The recipes are absolutely scrumptious and delicious. It’s perfectly laid out to prep ahead for each meal. If you love to use garlic, onions, soy sauce or coconut aminos, that kind of stuff to flavour your meals, then you won’t be disappointed. All the recipes are amusing to the tastebuds! Can’t say enough about it. Just buy it!
