The one I got came with a blue light, which you cannot use to check pupil dilation. A nice tin case and sturdy body don't make up for it being nothing more than a flashlight.

This is way too bright to use anywhere near a patient's eyes. I can't believe it's called a "Nurses Medical Pen," it's really just a strong light good for when you lose your keys in the car.
