They work
Upgraded from the factory struts as they gave up. Really strong atm which makes it hard to close sometimes which is ironic. No complaints so far. Only issue I had was getting the 2nd one on but that could have been me being stupid lol

Nice Struts at a great price. Only 4 stars though as the company wouldn’t answer a question I posted before buying and I had to suck ‘em and see and yes they do fit a 55 plate VW Polo
