Cheap cheap cheap. 1 didn't work at all and the other 2 don't reliably turn on when you hit the button (maybe 50% of the time).

Really nice lights. Work well and are light weight so your pocket isn't strained carrying them. Great price and I am very happy with them.

I was not disappointed. Excellent quality and design. Very bright light.

I was disappointed that these didn't come with batteries. And there are no instructions on how to insert the batteries.

gets too loose at times to stay lit

I just received these penlights a few minutes ago. they came really well packaged in individual padded cases. at this point I was impressed and they appeared to be way higher quality than the cheap plastic ones I normally use.I went and tossed in two AA batteries to test them out. 2 of the 3 worked fantastically with a crisp on/off and bright light. the one that did not work had a very weak beam of light that would be ineffective in any situation I can be in or imagine myself in.overall, I am fairly happy with the lights that work and would be willing to recommend these to my coworkers.Edit: upon more playing with the lights one the 2 that originally worked is dimmer than the other. not really sure if this is a design flaw that 2/3 arent working completely or if they got tossed around a lot during shipping. regardless, I am sticking with my 4 star review because 3 penlights for 17 bucks is pretty good and amazon CS is awesome and is getting replacements sent to me.I will update again once I receive the replacements with whether they are functioning or not.
