Crinkle Chiffon has a sheer, matte silk that has a lovely delicate crinkle texture. It is one of the most soft and feminine types of silk ribbon. This ribbon is made of 100% luxurious silk and is great for making quality, high end products. All ribbons that are 1", 1.5" and 2" come on a spool.
