This is a great harness except for the fact that it doesn't have too much adjustability. My dog is growing and has since outgrown this harness. It needs to be more adjustable to grow as the dog grows. Otherwise, I would recommend this for an owner who has a dog that has finished growing.

Great harness just very small with very little room for adjustment around the neck.
