Q: Will this work in my phillips senseo hd 7811 coffee maker ?

I used this in 2 different units and it worked well, coffee is a little less "foamy" but it taste the same. My son took mine to his house so I'm not sure about the model number.

Q: After years of use the "lid" for my coffeeduck disappeared. company doesn't sell replacements. users: has this happened to you? what did you do?

I use coffee pod filters with my coffee duck. They help keep the grounds disposal easy. I've used them without the lid accidentally and it worked OK.

Q: I see that this is made for the 7810 and 7812, but I have a 7811. Will this work on that model as well?

I'm sorry, but I cannot answer your question. My model is a 7810 and it works in it. I must say, however, my model 7810 is a big disappointment. My old model ended in a 32 and was far superior to this pot. I often wish I had the old one back. I guess the old adage that newer is not always better is very true.

Q: Will this work on the 2018 hd7810/65 senseo model?

Yes, it does fit as that's the model I have. However, it's supposed to be able to fit two pods in there but I couldn't get it to fit two pods. I could only get one pod in there as it felt like was I going to break the coffee maker if I tried any harder than what I did.
