Great camera for the price, Make sure to use 2.4ghz wifi
Once it is fully paired and installed it works and looks great. The hardest thing was changing my wifi to 2.4ghz which was confusing at first. I googled the ip address like at&t said which allowed me to go directly into my wifi settings. At which point I edited both channels for 2.4 and 5 GHz. Basically adding 2.4ghz to the end of the name of the wifi on the 2.4 and so on with the 5ghz. After I was finished with that when I searched my wifi it showed the two different channels to choose from. Pick the 2.4ghz and then start to pair the camera other wise it will just keep saying failed. There were no images so I figured I would add one so people could see what it looked like. I added this camera to know when my Amazon packages were arriving. And about 30 minutes after installing this camera, I left my house and received a notification. I opened it up and I watched the delivery guy walk up to my door and leave the package. Exactly what I was wanting and I didn't break the bank on this item.

Don't bother
This is yet another cheaply made and supported product coming out of the far east. (For the record, there are many other excellent products that get manufactured in the far east.) It has the same electronics as another doorbell I bought on Amazon, yet with worse installation instructions and support.I am a seasoned IT professional who simply could not get it connected to 2.4 GHz WiFi. (Congratulations to the others who were able to do so.) The instructions failed miserably at providing the necessary details.When I tried to get support for the product, the seller said Amazon policy required them to provide support only via the Amazon web site - i.e. no email, phone number, or company web site. In fact, the instruction manual had a "contact" page listed, yet the page was blank. If Amazon sellers are truly not allowed to provide direct support to customers, 99.9% of Amazon sellers are out of compliance with that Amazon policy. Sounds like a misunderstanding there.The minimal help the company provided via Amazon was the same already on Amazon Q&A - "make sure it is fully charged", "reset the device", etc.I am moving on to a better constructed and supported product. I suggest you avoid frustration and do the same.

Very happy with it
So I bought this as added security for my family and I’m very impressed. The picture quality is amazing. The look of the doorbell is very nice. The doorbell sound is loud and I can hear it anywhere in my home (only one story). It sends loud alerts to my phone when the doorbell is rung so I know when someone is at the door. I can hear them very well and they can hear me. For the price I feel I got a great deal it was so easy to install and the app took literally one minute to have everything paired and set up. Definitely a great buy.

I do not recommend
Took a little time to get it set up and synced to my phone. The installation was easy. That being said, the 3M adhesive that is supplied did NOT do the trick. It fell a total of 6x in about 2 weeks. Returned for a full refund. Wouldn't recommend if you're planning on using their adhesive.

Don't waste your money , it is faulty.
It stopped notifying me after about a week and when I viewed the camera from my phone it had turned a pink hue. It was at full charge and it just stopped notifying me of any movement or any doorbell occurrences.

Couldn't open it to install batteries. Not usable
Couldn't open the back to install batteries. There is a set screw that doesn't work. So, I wasn't able to ever get to use it. Spent an hour trying until I realized that it simply wasn't going to work. Very clear that no one quality checked it. Would not purchase it.

apparently need some sort of computer gigahertz , whatever, so never worked should of have returned

Only last 6 months
Doorbell worked great for 6 months without any issues. By the 7 month battery needed to be recharged every other day. Doorbell stopped working period on the 8th month even after buying brand new rechargeable batteries. I sent an email to customer service 8 days ago and have yet to receive a response.
