I read the previous review and had my fingers crossed that this infuser was the answer to my love of free leaf tea. I am really disappointed.The concept is a brilliant one, being able to stir as the infuser does it's job. However more R&D needs to be done on how to easily get the swelled tea leaves out of the infuser after use. The leaves become impacted within the infuser and it's a pain in the backside to use whatever you can find around the kitchen to push the tea out the opening at the end.K. May

The infusers look gorgeous but they're hard to clean. The cap on the end is held on by prongs, instead of being a screw off cap, so it's difficult to take off and put back on. I cut my thumb at one point trying to pop the cap off. I've found the easiest way to clean it is to let the tea leaves dry out then pop the cap off and use a chopstick to clean the leaves out. Loading the infusers isn't difficult unless you have teas with very large leaves or large flavor pieces such as large berries or large citrus rinds.

I love these!!! It took me forever to find tea strainers that I liked. I would search for hours, it seemed. I don't care if they say the silicon infusers are safe, I don't trust anyone who's making money on the stuff, plus over time they stain and degrade. Who knows what can leech in your hot water when their integrity wanes. Stainless steel will not, and it is definitely safe. They hold as much tea as you like. They're easy to clean, totally stylish, and not a lick of tea can escape because the opening is at the top, outside of the cup! Highly recommend these. Will enjoy these for years. ( :

Although the concept looked good and they look easy to clean, they are way too narrow to be useful. Returned after using one once. It was difficult to load and even harder to clean as tea packed into a tight obstruction.
