The Happy Company Cozy Neck Wrap, Cranberry

I have ordered three of these neck wraps in the past 5 years . I use them almost daily. When I received this one it is not only filled with the flax seed I like but it has batting inside which makes it too poofy. You cant lay with it on and it doesn't conform to your head or neck. All the seed shifts to the front or the back thus making the heat not uniform, regardless of how many times you shake it. The foam inside traps it all in pockets. Needless to say I am sadly disappointed. I will be looking elsewhere to purchase one I can use.

The idea for this product is very good - a neck-shaped wrap. But the flax smells so bad when I heated it up that I didn't want it anywhere near my head. My old wrap had white rice in it, which doesn't have such a strong unpleasant smell. But the fabric is nice and soft and I really appreciated the removable scent packet - almost all products like this have a strong scent that is unremovable.

This pillow is exactly what I wanted. I recently had neck surgery and it has helped relieve pain and stiffness.

LOVE THIS! I love everything about it, so much better than an average neck pillow. You can microwave it and it smells like Jasmine. It doesn't get any better!

This is the best microwaveable neck wrap that I have ever used. I finally blew mine out, after 6+ years. The bag inside ripped open, and the flaxseed is all over the place. The best investment I've ever made for my degenerative disc disease in my cervical and thoracic spine. I wish they were available now. I need a new one!
