Does not deliver. Many interesting chapter titles, but no further explanation inside. Everything I've learned about reiki is that I should contact professional.The same applies to opening third eye. You will learn what is, where is, but so little about the actual third eye awakening. The title of this book is misleading. It should be named couple of words about everything concerning chakras and meditation with a few examples.There is also poor editing and many repetitions of the same text. I am really disappointed. It looks like free e-book for total beginners. Totally not worth buing.

This book is poorly written, the most basic of information is given in a sporadic and untidy way.  It's filled with spelling and grammatical errors and is difficult to read because of it. It seems the author didn't even bother to reread their work before self-publishing. I had the misfortune to purchase a hardcopy of this book, please don't waste your time or money.

You will learn what mindfulness meditation is, and you will find mindfulness meditation practices. The third eye is a person’s ability to see what could be, to see their potential.
