I LOVE this thing! I sit at a computer at work all day long. My neck and shoulders pay the price. This thing works out every kink and knot. Any time I feel a little tense I pull this guy out and work on my neck and shoulders and the base of my skull. Feels sooo amazing. I can only imagine what the one with the vibration feels like! I gave this review a 4 instead of 5 because I think you guys could benefit from another set of detachable knobs. I mean these ones that come with it are great, for your hair. But when it comes to the rest of the body (neck, back, shoulders, arms and legs), it's not that comfortable and doesnt really feel like someones hands kneading out the knots. Yes, it works, but I feel that if you had some solid round balls, like the handle of the massager but smaller, those would feel unbelievable. Other than that, its easy to clean, charge, and the batter life seems to last forever. I havent tried it out in the shower yet to wash my hair but I will update with that when I do. I have used it on my scalp and whether my hair is up or down, it doesnt tangle or get stuck in my hair, it doesnt pull my hair or anything. You may need to brush your hair after if its down, but if it's up your hair actually stays in place.

I love that there are 2 different settings on this massager and that there are interchangeable sizes as well. Not only is this a waterproof massager but the fact that I can use it ok my body as well and not just my scalp made it amazing. The fact that it's waterproof made it easy to use as a body massager with some body oil without fear of ruining the product. It works great!

The first one was only working for 6 months. The second one I bought worked for one year, and stop working. Both are not able to charge anymore..

This is my first time buying an electric scalp massager, I've mainly bought it to promote hair growth and keep my hair healthy. I've had one of those long wire ones which I like as well because it gives you that fun tickling sensation your scalp. This massager doesn't tickle your scalp, it's very gentle even with increased speed, so as advertised, it's safe enough for pets as well. I had read all the reviews about how it doesn't tangle your hair but I felt like most of those reviews were from men and I have long thick wavy hair so I wasn't too sure but I bought it anyway. To my surprise, it didn't tangle my hair (yay), however it did make my hair all messy and puffy but I used at night time before bed so it wasn't a big deal. I do like the massager, it does give you relief if you have a headache or if you just want a nice relaxing head massage. Sometimes when I do a lot of cardio, I work up the muscles in my legs around my knees and in the past, it got to the point where I had to take therapy. I tried this massager on my legs and I REALLY liked it! It works great for different parts of your body as well as your scalp.Bottom line, I would definitely recommend it. Delivery was on time, came in a nice box with four extra silicone heads which are easy to remove and clean. Haven't tried it on wet hear yet but I really like that it's water resistant.

First I'd like to say this massager does NOT pull my hair. This was my number one concern before using it but it works really well with my hair pulled back.My favorite thing about this item is that it's relatively quiet and easy to use, so I can run it while I watch TV or relaxing in bed while keeping one hand free to play with my phone or whatever. It does all the work and I just kind of move it around. I guess other types have cables but I much prefer this wireless method when working around the head.It lasts pretty long before needing to charge. I didn't let it run out before charging it on the little stand. I got at least half an hour, which is quite a bit. There's two speeds, and if I had one complaint, it's that there aren't a lot of "modes". You get clockwise or counterclockwise, which let's be honest are kind of the same thing. Still, the messaging motions feel great whether you have a headache or just want a head massage. I also like using it on my face and feel like it increases bloodflow to my forehead and cheeks.
