The top knob is great for easy self rotating and gliding. I’ve had fire glass cupping treatments before and it hurt so good. This product works just as good as the glass cupping. They do not come with detailed directions as stated. You really need someone that has used them before who can show you how to use them correctly. But when they are used correctly they are easy to use, and really really helped me. I have IT band problems, back problems and hip problems and they are helping with everything. Would highly recommend!

My physical therapist used these on me. I felt so much better after having had them used on me I decided to buy the set myself. They do not come with detailed directions as stated. You really need someone that has used them before who can show you how to use them correctly. But when they are used correctly they are easy to use, and really really helped me. I have IT band problems, back problems and hip problems and they are helping with everything. Would highly recommend!

I was having shoulder issues last year and my PT suggested I purchase these and they really helped a lot. Put them on while doing your stretching exercises and you'll feel your muscles pull but in a good way. Just make sure you don't keep them on too long because they'll leave a deep purple suction mark.
