this thing doubles as a wireless charger and a protective case for my precious airpods and you just cant beat the price for the convenience.

Get the white one instead!
I bought the all white and the red one. I lost my first AirPod with the red one hence a replacement with a new AirPod and white case replacement. It does what it does, it lasted me for a year with no problem. However, the white case seems more durable. When I had the red one the plastic rubber would slide off .... after about 6 months of use. The red rubber also attracted a lot of dust and dirt. If you are getting this then I suggest go with the white one. Overall, it is worth the price for the functionality. Minus one star for the poor design of red case.

Not charging at all!
I left it in my truck wireless charging pad for 30min, the case became warm but the battery was not charged as % didn’t change at all
