Gives lumber support
I have recently had a hip replacement operation, and I also have lower back problems. I am still sleeping on my back and I regularly wake during the night. I have been having problems getting back to sleep. I use the pillow at this point which certainly makes settling back to sleep easier.

Sooo comfy, highly recommend.
Having prolapsed discs in both my back and neck, I need support in both these areas when sitting up in bed or in an armchair. There are cheaper versions of this but they do not give enough support as they are thinly padded and lumpy. This one may be a bit more expensive but believe me it is the best.
